History of the premises
A wonderful place, with dazzling landscapes, full of culture, history and traditions. Alejandra learned to cook with what is in this place, listening to the locals to know how their ancestors did it and how they used animals and products in an integral way. In UMAMI resto, a proposal created by Marcelo Behrens and Alejandra Repetto, they set the space as a "pulpería", and serve empanadas, fritters, focaccias, bagels, and some sweet pastry products. There is also a cafeteria service and an interesting selection of wines to drink on the premises or to take away. The idea is that everyone can make their own sandwich and take it as a snack for full day excursions. They also give talks and put together gourmet gift boxes for special occasions and locro for national holidays.
